MACHINING CAPABILITIES

We machine products up to 11" in diameter on our lathes & up to 48” in length on our mills.  We are capable of holding .0002 tolerance. 

We do everything from reverse engineering to putting in the CAD files direct from the engineer.  Our system reads virtually every CAD system out there.  We have no problem importing drawings from the engineers (3D - SolidWorks - STEP - IDW - IGS - DWG, etc.).  

We machine many types of materials including:  stainless, brass/bronze, copper, plastic, aluminum, epoxy, Delrin, nylon, PVC, carbon fiber, etc.  We are setup with some of the top suppliers in the U.S.A. for materials.  You can even buy Concast Metal Products materials through us.   

Every year Indian Mountain Machine provides hundreds of thousands of precision machined parts to companies of all sizes – many of whom single source their parts through us.  We provide many products for Nationally and Internationally known companies!

INSPECTION
We provide first article inspection, material certs (on request), inspection sheets, part identification and traceability, engraving....whatever your company requires.
